It consist in a type of asphalt that absorbs the water and, it's most striking characteristic it's that it does it in large quantities.

With a drainage capacity never seen before, this compound is capable of sallowing 4,000 litres of water in less than a minute.

It has an average absorption of 600 litres per minute per square meter. 
The only problem is that, when the water transforms in ice because of the low temperatures, this asphalt could be broken, due to the change of density of the water inside it (the ice is bigger than the same cuantity in water), so it't recommended to apply it in places with temperatures highter than creo degrees.
